Your Role 

Development and Maintenance:

Develop and maintain websites, plugins, themes, and custom functionality.

Customize existing themes and plugins or create new ones based on project requirements.

Website Design and Optimization:

Design and implement responsive, user-friendly website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices for enhanced user experience and search engine rankings.

Content Management and Updates:

Manage content updates and modifications on websites, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Implement content changes, images, and multimedia elements as needed.

Security and Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain website security.

Perform regular backups and apply updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure site stability and security.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with designers, UX/UI teams, and other developers to deliver projects efficiently.

Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

 
Your Profile 

Strong 3-6 years of experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or AEM.

Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical details effectively.
