Job Description 

Participate in Strategic planning and drive the execution on Gen AI/ML solutions.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in data science.
Lead a team of data scientists, MLOps providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple Gen AI/ML projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Leverage generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to create innovative applications and solutions.
Design, Develop and implement data science projects, including machine learning models, deep learning models, NLP solutions, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
Ensure data quality, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
Present data science generated insights and recommendations to stakeholder
Communicate complex technical concepts and results to business stakeholders effectively.

 
Primary Skills 
At least 10+ years of relevant experience in data science
Strong experience of developing and deploying the AI/ML models in production
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools and technologies
Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
