  Your role 
    

Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic business goals and align People Analytics initiatives to drive organizational success.

    

Lead the development and implementation of People Analytics strategies, emphasizing workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention.

    

Define and design key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to People Analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    

Utilize advanced People Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to create insightful dashboards and reports.

    

Conduct sophisticated statistical analyses to derive actionable insights into workforce trends, diversity and inclusion, and employee performance.

    

Provide consulting & advisory services on the integration of data from various HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

    

Stay abreast of emerging trends in People Analytics, including predictive analytics, sentiment analysis, and employee experience measurement.

    

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on People Analytics topics, enhancing the analytical capabilities of HR teams and stakeholders.

    

 Your Profile 
    

Bachelors degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

    

Proven experience of 6 + years as a People Analytics Consultant with a focus on strategic advisory services.

    

Expertise in advanced People Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for data visualization.

    

Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL, Big Data, and Cloud platforms.

    

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex People Analytics data.

    

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
