Role & responsibilities
Sales Performance :Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and designers . Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preference . Close sales deals and handle customer payments and orders .
Showroom Maintenance: - Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Arrange and display products to highlight key features and promotions. - Coordinate with the merchandising team to implement seasonal changes and promotional setups. Relationship Building: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up needs. - Develop a network of clients through referrals, networking, and industry events.
Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including daily sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates. - Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential sales opportunities. -
Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the showroom team to meet overall sales goals and ensure a positive work environment. - Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff as needed.
Preferred candidate profile Interior designer with in-depth knowledge of the products and furniture styles , materials and specifications . Stay updated on new product arrivals, industry trends and competitor offerings
