Job Description

Foreign Client Development Specialist (India Region)

Location: India (Remote Work Available)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Highly educated Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. Client Development: Identify and establish contact with potential international clients through various channels (including Google search, B2B platforms, social media, email marketing, etc.), driving the development of new overseas clients for the companys core business.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Conduct product demonstrations and business negotiations with international clients, reach cooperation agreements, and drive the achievement of sales targets.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Understand the needs of potential clients, maintain timely and good long-term relationships with foreign clients, and provide pre-sales and post-sales support through regular communication.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Study global market trends, industry dynamics, and analyze competitors' situations, providing valuable information and suggestions to the companys decision-making.
  6. Sales Reporting: Regularly report the progress of client development, market feedback, and sales results to company management, and help formulate and optimize business development strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluent in English (both oral and written) to communicate effectively with global clients.
  2. International Market Development Experience: 1-3 years of experience in international market sales or client development, with a preference for those who have experience in developing markets in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc.
  3. Cross-cultural Communication: Understanding and adapting to business communication and negotiations across different cultural backgrounds, with the ability to build good relationships with clients from various countries and regions.
  4. Self-motivated and Goal-oriented: Strong self-management skills and sales drive, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
  5. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively driving the sales process forward.
  6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, technical support, etc.) to jointly drive projects forward.
  7. Adaptability to Remote Work: Able to work efficiently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g.Amazon, eBay, etc.).
  • Experience in dealing with international clients, especially in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
  • Prior experience in IT, software, or electronics fields is a plus.
