Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for our websites and digital properties.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive GA4 reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis within GA4 to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Configure and customize GA4 settings, including events, conversions, audiences, and custom dimensions/metrics.
- Ensure accurate data collection and integrity within Google Analytics.
- Integrate Google Analytics with other marketing platforms, including Google Ads.
- Analyze Google Ads campaign performance within Google Analytics to optimize ad spend and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to various stakeholders across the marketing and product teams.
- Create and present clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Google Analytics (both Universal Analytics and GA4) and other relevant analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define tracking requirements for new campaigns and website features.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implementation issues within Google Analytics.
- Explore and leverage other analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (if applicable).
- Contribute to the development of our overall web analytics strategy.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation, configuration, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of GA4 data analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, with a primary focus on Google Analytics and familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads integration with Google Analytics and experience in analyzing Google Ads performance within GA.
- Experience in setting up and managing goals, events, and conversions within Google Analytics.
- Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation1 skills, with the ability to convey2 data-driven findings clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
