Role & responsibilities
- Support in developing, implementing, and managing social impact programs and projects in alignment with OPPO India's strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on project requirements.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities, volunteer initiatives, and social outreach projects to support education, health, environmental sustainability, and other key areas.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Communicate the social outreach initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.
Preferred candidate profile
- Degree in a Business Management/ sustainability/ or relevant
- A passion for making a positive impact on society.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute CSR initiatives effectively.
- Interests to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, government officials, and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others around social goals and objectives.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure the impact of CSR programs and drive continuous improvement.
- English language proficiency, hands on knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, design tools like Canva etc.
