Senior Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the companies business objectives.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the domestic market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Foster strong relationships with OEM customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Operations, and Finance) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive timely payment collections and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the leadership team.
• Implement digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's online presence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience: 10 to 20 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with a focus on the Indian market. Hydraulic or engineering industry experience is highly preferred.
• Additional Qualifications: An MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.
