Ppc Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop efficient production schedules considering resource availability, capacity, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Work closely with procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and alignment of production activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors to maintain high delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Units for strong on-time delivery of all production orders.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate team-level continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Identify production risks, such as bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Address product quality issues in coordination with the QA team and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize ERP systems to track production activities, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure timely generation of reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance production and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory, track stock movements, and implement inventory control measures.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Engineer PPC with expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating production activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

• Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-6 years of PPC experience in the engineering industry. Experience in the hydraulics industry is a significant advantage.
