Responsibility

• Prepare and finalize report basis pre-audit and sustenance findings in a timely manner
• Prepare test cases and plan pre-audit activities prior to internal audit of Function
• Timely tracking and closure of identified vulnerable areas.
• Track KRIs, Incidents and Ops loss related activities and timely closure of action plan
• Prepare proper documentation of pre-audit and sustenance findings and share it with Management
• Closure of highlighted observation with the help of business teams
• Monthly Compliance Sign off Sample validation of controls tested, reducing trend of exceptions
• Thematic risk-based reviews emanating from grievances, incidents, audit observations etc.
• Monthly reporting in the form of control assurance dashboard to Internal Control Forum (ICF) members on the overall effectiveness of controls framework with updates on all aspects highlighted above pertaining to process controls
