This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the data platform meets business needs & delivers the value of the organization. Roles & responsibilities: Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and converting of business logic & processes from different functional teams. To understand internal teams business processes, draw up As-Is and design To-be processes from a reporting requirements perspective. Documentation of the new data processes. Design process flows & wireframes, dashboard visuals and prepare reports of business activity/Monitor project progress and report project results Liaison with development teams & functional teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT, and realize proposed/estimated benefits.
Responsible for supervising a project until it is completed - Coordinating the activities of a team of professionals and technical teams for the purpose of achieving the goal of a given project. Providing the administrative guidance on project execution - Communicate the rules and standards to the project members of the team to ensure that the rules and regulations are strictly adhered to. Should have worked in Data & Analytics projects. Primary skills required: Domain understanding Indian life insurance industry. Basic programming skills (SQL, Python etc). Knowledge of Data Lake, Machine learning concepts will be an advantage. Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team
Critical Knowledge Secondary skills required: Skills & Abilities Requirements: - 10-12 years of professional experience in areas of requirement gathering/analysis, business requirement documentation and functional requirement documentation. Conversant with Agile Methodology / Scrum / Customer Story Sessions - Excellent communication and presentation skills, Team management and collaboration skills Excellent team and interpersonal skills - Should take ownership of deliverables and drive delivery in dynamic project constructs Engage in the delivery and presentation of solutions

Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges that may impact the delivery timeline Customer Prioritize the customer's needs and preferences when designing the solution. Incorporate user-centric features and functionalities that address the customer's pain points. Provide clear and comprehensive documentation to guide the customer through the setup and usage of the solution Process Adopt agile development methodologies to promote flexibility and rapid iteration.
V. Major Challenges Understand the requirement wherein documented requirements may or may not be available & create documentation. Work under pressure environment and manage conflicting priorities.
VI. Role Context Ability to work independently and handle your own project effort. Excellent oral and written communication skills Learn and use internally available analytic technologies. Work with BI analysts/engineers to create prototypes.
