Human Resource Executive

Position: HR Executive - Recruitment and Generalist ( MBA/MMS/PGDM In Human resource Management )

Location: Vasai (Mumbai)

Gender Preference: Male

Experience : 0 to 1

Compensation: Up to ₹18,000 monthly gross (plus variables) with pickup and drop facility

We are highly preferring candidates from Borivali to Virar only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules and reference checks.
• Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.

HR Generalist Support:

• Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer HR programs, including benefits enrollment, leave management, and training coordination.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive company culture.

HR Administration:

• Assist with training and development initiatives for employee growth and skill-building.
• Support attendance management.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis on recruitment and HR metrics.

Qualification & Requirements:

• MBA/MMS-HR, PGDM-HR
• 02 years of experience
• Skills: Proficient in Excel and MS-Office
