- Good in Core sales area

- worked in target basis sales and achieved the given target

- good capacity to manage a sales team of 10-15 people

- target assigning and support for individual sales and team sales

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the service industry and banking sector.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to handle telemarketing and field sales efficiently.
  • Closing Ability: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client acquisition.
