Your Role:

- As a School Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, connecting with schools and driving LogIQids' mission forward. Coordinating with Schools to deliver LogIQids' offerings in a hassle freeway and build long term relationships.

- School Partnerships: Work closely with the business development managers to take over a school post closure. Coordinate with schools to ensure smooth delivery of LogIQids' offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools.

- Operational Excellence: Manage the entire program lifecycle, from initiation to completion for multiple schools. Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ensure timely updates in the CRM system.

- Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies. Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes and boost productivity

- Client Success: Anticipate and address client concerns proactively. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a hassle-free experience for schools

- Communication: Maintain timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure smooth flow of tasks

Skills Required:

A genuine passion for education and inclination towards solving business issues through strong communication and presence of mind. A strong ability to follow processes, identify potential bottlenecks and high cost processes (both in terms of cost and time) and prioritise them will be a key skill set.

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Strong process oriented mindset

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and good time management, multitasking, and planning skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

- Ability to work with multiple stake holders to deliver the desired outcome for the client
