Role & responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist I will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns within the region to
support lead creation and our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a
passion for marketing, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Assist in developing multi-channel campaigns that support business initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Google ads, social media, e-mail, in-person, videos, webinars, articles, etc.)
- Track data and report on performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors on events and campaigns, Manage back end activities such as PO generation and payable to vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on competitive intelligence through analysis of competitors campaigns, websites, events, imagery, Etc.
- Plan, and execute the strategy for regional tradeshows and events. This includes booth design, budgeting, communication with sales, and analysis of KPIs to measure success.
- Coordinate creation of internal tools to commercial teams such as updating content within internal database, tradeshow preparation, give away items, and product sell sheets. Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Collaborate with marketing group and develop or repurpose marketing materials such as brochures, ads, flyers, and presentations for regional needs
- Execute on social media calendar and creation of content and graphics (LinkedIn)
- Assist in development of the annual Marketing plans together with the Marketing Manager,and regional business lead
Preferred candidate profile
Key education or certification required:
Management Degree, with major in business, marketing, or communications preferred
Must have 1-3 years experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
Must have Fluent in English (verbal and writing).

- Experience in handling marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Photoshop, Coral Canva knowledge is advantage
- Creative and out-of-box thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
