Role & responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

• Product Listing & Optimization:
• To Manage All Camex Wellness Ltd. Products and optimize product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, pricing, and keywords.
• Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines with proper health score.
• Inventory & Order Management:
• Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs or over-stock situations.
• Ensure timely order processing, fulfilment, and delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
• Promotion & Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on various e-commerce platforms to boost sales of all related products of Camex Wellness Ltd.
• Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Sales & Performance Analysis:

• Sales Tracking & Analysis:
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, click-through rate, traffic, etc.) across different marketplaces.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies to improve market share and visibility.

Customer Experience Management:

• Customer Service Coordination:
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries, complaints, and returns.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews on marketplaces and take corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Review & Ratings Management:
• Develop strategies to improve product ratings and reviews on marketplaces, ensuring a positive brand image.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for driving traffic through SEO, PPC, and other online marketing channels.
• Vendor & Partner Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce marketplace account managers to leverage opportunities for promotions, deals, and special placements.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and commissions with marketplace partners to optimize costs and profitability.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Policy Compliance:
• Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with marketplace policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on changes in marketplace policies and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketplace trends, and business insights to senior management.
• Maintain detailed records of all marketplace activities, including sales reports, returns, promotions, and communication with partners.
• Review Calls with customers for positive feedback on marketplace portals and Google.
