EUC Lead

The EUC Team Lead will be responsible for leading the End-User Computing team and overseeing various initiatives, including the rollout of Windows 11, network remediation efforts, and the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Ivanti Mobile Device Management (MDM) and patching solutions. This role will ensure a seamless user experience, secure and efficient device management, and compliance with organizational standards. The candidate should be willing to work night shifts and operate in a hybrid model.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in leading a EUC team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 deployment and management.
• Expertise in network remediation techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and GPO configuration.
• Experience with Ivanti MDM and patch management solutions.
• Solid understanding of network and security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the End-User Computing (EUC) team in daily operations and strategic projects, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery.
• Oversee the rollout of Windows 11 across the organization, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users.
• Manage network remediation projects to enhance security, performance, and compliance of the network infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user account management, security groups, and organizational unit (OU) structure.
• Develop, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings and standardize configurations across end-user devices.
• Utilize Ivanti MDM for the management and secure deployment of mobile devices, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Oversee the patch management process using Ivanti, ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate EUC solutions with broader IT infrastructure and applications.
• Provide guidance and training to the EUC team to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Night shift timings 5:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST
