Senior Recruiter - Engineering/Oil & Gas/ MedTech/Health Science Firm (2-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas, MedTech, and Health Science sectors.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, including a strong understanding of work visas, tax terms, and recruitment strategies.

- You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, building a robust IT talent pool, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles, all while working EST/PST shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Thorough understanding of US hiring laws and practices.

- Build and maintain the talent pool for the US IT department.

- Recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B visa holders.

- Expertise in US work visas such as H-1B, E3, and TN.

- Manage US recruitment tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-to-Corp).

- Work closely with recruitment leads and hiring managers.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and document reports.

- Implement strategic global hiring initiatives.

- Develop recruiting action plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Source candidates via niche IT platforms.

- Collaborate with other departments to support company growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2, 1099, C2C).

- Strong technical knowledge and candidate sourcing skills.

- Excellent communication and networking abilities.

- Analytical thinking with excellent candidate assessment capabilities.

- Proficient in English with the ability to work in EST/PST shifts.

- Strong time management, attention to detail, and HR fundamentals.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA in HR or B.Tech / BE / M.Sc or any related field (Mechanical, IT, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science).
