Key Responsibilities:

- Pricing Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing models and increase profitability.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing decisions on overall profitability and revenue.

- Prepare reports to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Auditing Oversight: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to pricing and operational performance.

- Support strategic planning initiatives with financial insights.

- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs related to pricing decisions, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Implement measures to control costs while maintaining quality and service standards.

- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports related to pricing and auditing activities.

- Maintain compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Provide training on pricing strategies and auditing best practices.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, marketing, and sales, to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e. , CPA, CFA) preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on pricing strategies and auditing.

- Strong understanding of pricing models, market analysis, and financial reporting.

- Proven experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e., Excel, ERP systems, pricing analysis tools).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders.
