Product Manager - IT (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;

- Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including Planning, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance;

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives;

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives;

- Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers;

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features;

- Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products;

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes;

- Decreasing a client's overall onboarding timeline, and helping us understand what are the proper factors that influence this time-to-live metric.

- Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights and fostering a product-centric culture within the organization.

Your profile:

- Degree in Business, or a related field;

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry;

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;

- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;

- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis;

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing;

- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus;

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams;

- Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
