Urgent Job Opening For Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager with a proven track record in capital markets and equity fund-raising transactions, specifically IPOs. The ideal candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of fund-raising activities, from strategy formulation to execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equity Fund Raising:
• Lead end-to-end equity fund-raising initiatives, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues, and Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs).
• Collaborate with investment banks, underwriters, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators to execute fund-raising transactions seamlessly.
• 2. Transaction Management:
• Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuation reports, pitch books, and investor presentations.
• Manage due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and business evaluations by potential investors and regulators.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of IPO-related documentation, including Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).
• 3. Strategic Planning:
  Analyze market trends, investor appetite, and pricing strategies to develop a comprehensive IPO roadmap.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, retail investors, and other stakeholders to generate interest and demand for the equity offering.
• 4. Compliance & Governance:
  Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (SEBI guidelines, stock exchange requirements, etc.).
• Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with all legal and financial regulations.
• 5. Post-Issue Management:
• Monitor post-issue processes, including listing and trading performance of shares.
• Provide detailed analysis of fund utilization and investor updates.

Key Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA certification is preferred.

• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in capital markets and equity fund-raising.
• Demonstrated success in managing IPOs and other fund-raising transactions.

• Skills:
• Deep understanding of capital markets, IPO regulations, and financial modeling.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
