Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects designed to improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UX) to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Ensure projects meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare domain (3+ years)
Experience in managing software development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Desired skills

Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulations (a plus).
