Job Description
- Experience in Configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM.
- Having sound experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Created the Validation Rules, workflows, and Approval Process for automated lead routing.
- Leading, guiding day-to-day production support. Staying in the client location and connecting with business users for better requirement gathering.
- Experience with service cloud functionalities like Omni Channel and live Agent.
- Provided support to end users regarding their queries.
- spanning across multiple functional areas (sales, customer service, account management)
- Interact with clients daily to gather requirements.
- Creating Custom Apps, Custom fields, Profiles, Roles, OWD, Permission Sets, Applying Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, workflows, Process Builder, Approval processes, Knowledge Articles.
- Experience in Creating Email Templates.
- Experience working with Data Loader & Import Wizard and Dataloader.IO Sandbox environments.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
