System Administrator - HFT (3-6 yrs)

About Us :

Our client is a leading financial firm using advanced technology and algorithms for high- frequency trading (HFT) across different asset classes. They are hiring for System Admin role who will manage and improve low latency systems and ensure efficiency in trading operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor, administer, and deploy performance tracking tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) to ensure smooth data center operations.

- Manage network connectivity between data centers.

- Control user access to different resources and tools.

- Set up and maintain hardware and software for new and existing systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in system or network engineering with HFT firm.

- Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and Python is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communicator with experience working with cross functional teams.
