Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
• Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.

2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Promote the company as an attractive employer.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging interview process.
• Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
• Manage and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

3. Onboarding & Induction

• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Conduct background verification and document collection.
• Plan and execute employee orientation and training programs.
• Introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and values.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, including contracts, appointment letters, and probation confirmations.

5. Workforce Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
• Forecast workforce needs based on company growth and attrition.
• Ensure timely recruitment to avoid talent gaps.

6. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Collect feedback from new hires about the hiring process.
• Assist in employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
• Support exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
