Role & responsibilities
• Source candidates as per the requirements and the job description • Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements • Act as a single point of contact for candidates and for managers over recruitment • Minimize cost in recruitment • Efficiently and timely fill open positions • Maintain pool of qualified candidates • Build networks to reach out to qualified passive candidates • Communicate with managers regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads • Keep track of recruiting metrics daily • Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the company prescribed system • Assist in performing reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates • Lookout and suggest new and effective sourcing and job advertising • Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform the management any changes in regulations • Source and participate in job fairs and career events • Explores and implement the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing • Perform other special projects as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent oral and communication skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent organizational skills • Proficient in MO365 • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment • In-depth knowledge of labor legislations • Experience with both phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks • Strong decision-making skills
