GM Treasury & Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Raising: Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through various financial instruments, including equity, debt, and other funding sources.
• Fund Management: Oversee the management of company funds, ensuring optimal liquidity, risk management, and return on investments.
• Financial Planning: Lead the financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial stability.
• Banking Relations: Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure favorable terms and conditions for financial transactions.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company meets its financial obligations and maintains adequate liquidity.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury and banking activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and banking operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or Certified Cost Accountant (CMA) is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial management, fund raising, and fund management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
