Senior Executive

Major purpose of the job : Responsible for analysis of Raw material, Finished products, In process, Validation and Stability sample CPL Dholka Principal task and responsibilities : To ensure the GLP compliance in Penicillin Quality Control Lab. To analyze the Raw material, finished product, Cleaning Validation and Stability sample along with respective documents as per requirement. Responsible for issuance of continuation sheet (CS) and Record of analysis (ROA) if required. To maintain the Instrument related log books and respective documents if required. Responsible for handling of OOS, OOT & Incident. Finished Product and Raw Material data entry in SAP. Responsible for daily routine activity and follow good documentation practices (GDP). Responsible for timely complete the analysis as per SOP and STP. To maintain column usage and records of impurity and working standard/reference standard during sample analysis. Calibration and documentation of Quality Control Instruments/Equipment. Preparation and updation of preventive maintenance and calibration schedule. Daily Monitoring of laboratory routine activities. Ensure cleanliness of quality control lab as well as respective area. Follow cGMP in laboratory."
