Major Purpose of the Job : Responsible for all administrative and facility management related activities. Principal Task and Responsibilities : To provide and maintain smooth work administrative support across to company along with cross functional team. To maintain entry exit procedure properly and Security Management . To take of Company House Keeping as per injectable plant requirements. To prepare and maintain House Keeping and other SOP related to administrative and facility management. To maintain all company vehicles and records and documentation. Ensuring Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, Bus, Railway and Cab Booking of all Guest and company employees. Scrap Management. To deal with all facility vendors raising PR and provide material with in budget. Maintain all Office Records and provide smooth access for employee . To co-ordinate HR processes, under the guidance of the HR function and providing information as necessary, including: recruitment, training and appraisal. . Efficient handling of cross department business, working closely with other senior staff when required. Support to all department effective meetings. To prepare and maintain records of all company assets like telephone, sim, billing, courier, vendor management. Effective compliance and Laison with Government Authorities . To maintain area and equipment logs as per SOP. To take care Smoothly settled down new employee To follow plant wise cGMP compliance. To handle additional responsibility assigned by HOD."
