• As a Tele Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database
• Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits and features
• Engage in meaningful conversations to build rapport with customers and address their queries
• Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitors
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends
