Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our Indirect Tax team. The successful candidate will assist in providing comprehensive indirect tax services, including compliance, advisory, and litigation support, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Tax Advisory: Support in providing clients with insights on indirect tax implications and strategies for tax optimization.
- Tax Planning: Collaborate with senior team members to develop effective tax planning strategies for clients.
- Indirect Taxation: Stay updated on changes in indirect tax laws and assist in implementing necessary changes in client engagements.
- Customs Duty & Excise Duty: Gain exposure to customs and excise duty regulations and assist in related compliance activities.
- Service Tax: Support in handling legacy service tax matters and related compliance.
- Tax Audit: Participate in tax audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Returns Filing: Assist in the preparation and filing of various indirect tax returns.
- Tax Assessment: Support in managing tax assessments and responding to queries from tax authorities.
- Tax Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling tax data and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC): Help in managing and optimizing input tax credit claims for clients.
- E-Invoicing: Assist clients in implementing and complying with e-invoicing requirements.
- GST Refunds: Support in processing GST refund claims and addressing related issues.
