Service Desk Specialist

* Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1-2 Years of experience in a technical support role is must.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and service desk best practices is a plus.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
