Automation Test Engineer - Java/Selenium (4-6 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Automation Testing Engineer with expertise in Python, Java, and Selenium to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for automation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the functionality and performance of our applications.

You will work closely with developers, QA teams, and product managers to identify test requirements and drive improvements in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Develop Automated Test Scripts: Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Java, and Selenium to validate application functionality and performance.

Test Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test plans, test cases, and strategies for new features and releases.

Test Execution & Reporting: Run automated tests on various environments, analyze test results, and provide comprehensive test reports to stakeholders.

Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure that testing is continuous and efficient.

Bug Identification & Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Test Environment Setup: Set up and maintain the necessary test environments and ensure the proper configuration of test data and tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to ensure high-quality product releases.

Test Optimization: Continuously improve the efficiency of test scripts and the overall testing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and Java with experience in writing test automation scripts.

Automation Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.

Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, or Robot Framework.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
