Role & responsibilities

Acquire forecast from the customer and update MRP

Preparing Material shortage report based on availability of on-hand Stock

Checking and updating the Material shortage report on daily basis to check the material Availability for the production line by analyzing buyer updates (On way tracker).

Monitoring DOS (Days of Supply) on weekly basis to maintain optimum Inventory

Releasing PR according to the forecast with regard to ECN & Allocation Changes by Customer and Malenal Availability.

Raising EFit and Upload in SAP with supporting documents for further Approval

Follow up the buying team to get the update for shortage parts to

leed the materials to production line on time.

Follow up for the disposal of NG materials (Rejected and Scrap) and raise Pit for New material.

In case of any impossibilities to fulfill customer aquirement, escalate to relevant te

EDL Liability analysis for the Product when product in End of its Life and maintaining minimum liability.

Releasing the PR for remaining materials to balance the set

Knowledge of BOM, FOO and MCO Changes and Attending ECN meetings adhere to customer requirements

in Case of New Product Implementationu Follow-up Engineering team to update the material master in SAP to Proceed PR art PO
