Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and networking.
  
• Identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to meet their needs.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue generation and retention.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., accounts, operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Media Sales, Ad Sales, Space Selling, Corporate Sales or similar roles.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms (social media included) and ability to leverage them for client engagement.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; fluency in English required.
