Project Management Officer

BVG Life Sciences Limited (A BVG Group Company) is engaged in developing evidence based
modern formulation forms of herbal and Ayurvedic drugs for Human and Veterinary use. BVG
Life Sciences Limited R&D is recognized by DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology Govt. of
India. BVG Life has well established FDA approved manufacturing facility for the production of
Ayurvedic drugs. BVG Life is currently looking for various positions:
Designation Project Management Cell (Executive/Senior Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager)
• Job Description:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct research and gather data relevant to project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret research data to support project planning and decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all
participants/Stakeholders .
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
long-term goals.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, progress reports, and final reports.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including managing project-related
correspondence and files.
• Educational Qualifications:
Essential
• MBA in Project Management with a minimum of 1-year Post -MBA
experience (Experience of Project Management in Pharma & Healthcare
industry is preferred).
• Desirable
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Life Sciences.
• Certifications like diploma in Project Management will be preferred.
