QA Engineer (Salesforce)

Role & responsibilities

Job Requirement:

• BE/ B.Tech / M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in software testing
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated to achieve excellence with can do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer facing skills
• Prior experience on CRM/ Contract Management / Proposal management/ Order

Management / billing domain would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge and experience of working on Salesforce platform

Responsibilities:

• Execute end to end testing activities throughout projects
• Test planning
• Author and execute test cases and provide status of progress while working with other

project stake holders

• Identifying and mitigating quality risks
• Prepare test and defect reports
• Work with onshore & offshore teams and customers for QA activities
• Strong functional background, ability to execute QA processes
