6. Should possess good connects in the industry (enterprises manufacturing (auto, Industrial machinery) & process industries)
Responsibilities:
1. Complete responsibility of Siemens direct sales (design and execute business plans/ strategies for driving Siemens business)
2. Responsible for business expansion, drive regional sales teams and acquire new customers
3. Guide & Supervise the activities of sales managers & ensure smooth work-flow
4. Maintain relationships with OEMs ; build competency (guide our tech team to enhance their abilities)
5. Drive marketing & demand generation plan to build funnel/pipeline
6. Represent the company in events, conferences etc. and travel across India to build healthy relationship with OEM sales, channel teams & unearth large opportunities
