Job Title: AR Callers (Insurance Collections)

Location: Trichy

Work Mode: WFO

Night Shift

Skills Required:

• Respond to patient inquiries, address billing concerns, and provide status updates on accounts.
• Support the Revenue Cycle Management process, ensuring accurate billing, claim submissions, and follow-ups.
• Manage insurance and patient AR, ensuring timely collections, proper documentation, and resolution of payment issues.
• Communicate clearly with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve outstanding accounts.
• Analyze AR data, identify trends, and create actionable reports to improve AR recovery processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in patient call handling, AR, and RCM processes.
• Strong understanding of Insurance AR, Patient AR, and general AR management systems.
• Ability to assess and resolve complex billing issues, identify trends, and improve processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies.
• Willingness to work in night shift.
