Job Title: AR Callers (Insurance Collections)

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: WFO

Night Shift

Skills Required:

• Manage Denial Management by reviewing and resolving denied claims.
• Utilize RCM knowledge for accurate insurance follow-up and claims resolution.
• Apply analytical skills to identify trends in denials and outstanding balances.
• Communicate professionally with insurance providers to ensure timely payment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim statuses and actions taken.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Denial Management and Insurance Collections.
• Strong RCM knowledge and understanding of billing processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline.
