Sales Manager

Experience in Gold loan division and Gold loan Appraiser Knowledge , should be have Two wheelar with Driving licence.

Location: North India, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad,Vijayawada.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for gold loan disbursement.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee the gold appraisal process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies as needed.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gold loans.
Manage loan documentation and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
