Job Description

Job Title:Business Development Representative.
Job Overview.
We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking to hire motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have an unwavering passion to grow in SaaS sales..
As a BDR your main goal is to find potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
This means researching and reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up discovery meetings or demos for our sales team..
Responsibilities.
Identify and research potential clients.
Conduct outbound cold calls, send cold emails and Linkedin messages to prospects.
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team,.
Use sales tools and techniques to engage prospects, build relationships..
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Continuously learn new sales strategies and develop a strong sales funnel.
Requirements.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in a sales role..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
Comfortable working in the US shift schedule (7:00 pm IST 4:00 am IST).
