Role & responsibilities:
Business Leads Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for civil & interior fit-out work in commercial offices, hospitals, data center semi-conductor spaces in Bangalore market with exposure of IPC who are good with the knowledge of the transactions
Candidates into design build of offices around 40000 to 100000 sft.
Order Booking - Secure new clients and contracts for interior fitout civil & interior fit-out work in commercial offices, hospitals ,data center semi-conductor spaces in Bangalore market.
Sales Pipeline Management: - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads for both short-term and long-term project opportunities
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors, etc.). Ensure Repeat Business.
Revenue Assurance / Collections: ensure timely collections for ongoing & completed projects, through networking & relationship with client.
Sales Experience in securing civil & interior fit-out work contracts in commercial offices, hospitals ,data center semi-conductor spaces in Bangalore market.
10- 15 yrs of relevant sales and BD experience in Industry ( Civil & Interior fit out highly preferred )
