Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Up work and will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities on Up work platform
*Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
*Promote the company services addressing or predicting client objectives
*Maintain professional relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
*The candidate should have great communication skills and should be able to convince the clients for our services.
*For strategic decision making candidate has to track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
*Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, Linkedin and Email Marketing.
*Stay up-to-date on industry development and best practices to continuously improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
