Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the gynecology and reproduction diagnostics market.
• Target Market Identification: Identify potential markets such as fertility clinics, gynecologists, hospitals, obstetricians, and IVF centers, and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs, trends, and competitive landscape of the gynecology and reproduction sectors.
• New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities to expand the product/service offering and increase sales within the target markets.
• Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (gynecologists, fertility specialists, clinic owners, etc.) in the target market.
• KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead generation effectiveness, and client retention rates to evaluate the success of sales efforts.
