Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential clients in industries relevant to Mad Men Marketing's services.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Develop customized pitches and proposals to meet client-specific requirements.

2. Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

3. Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the companys goals.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets by driving sales and closing deals.

4. Market Insights & Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on marketing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities and present actionable insights to the management team.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the creative, digital, and strategy teams to craft solutions that align with client needs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.

6. Reporting & Performance Metrics:

• Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and key business metrics.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and growing business.
