Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships for our EdTech company. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach within the education sector.
• Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, school administrators.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in the EdTech space.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align business strategies with company goals.
• Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and deal closures.
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 4-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the EdTech.
• Strong understanding of EdTech products, e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies.
• Experience working with schools, universities, online learning platforms.
