3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth in the Tamil Nadu region. This could involve identifying new sales leads, pitching products or services to potential clients, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Minimum 30 lacs sales to be achieved per month from Tamil Nadu region
4. Team Management: Responsible for leading a team of business development professionals in the Tamil Nadu region. Need to provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets their targets and goals.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, is crucial for successful business development. Must ensure effective communication and collaboration to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy.
6. Market Intelligence: Keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Tamil Nadu region is essential. Must use this market intelligence to modify business development strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis of business development activities, including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the Tamil Nadu region. Need to understand customer needs, address any concerns, and maintain high levels of customer service to retain and grow the customer base.
