We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asst. Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager to join our Inspection Services division.

7+ Years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on inspection services or related industries.

Strong understanding of inspection services, quality control, and industry standards (e.g., NDT, API, ISO).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the inspection services sector, targeting key industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, oil & Gas.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new business prospects.
• Lead the proposal and bidding process for new projects, working closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for inspection services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring that business deals are closed successfully and profitably.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
