Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong background in the fashion and wellness sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will involve working closely with our executive team to create and implement strategies that enhance market presence and foster long-term relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Formulate and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the fashion and wellness sectors. Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
2. Partnership Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including fashion brands, wellness companies, suppliers, and industry influencers. Negotiate and close business deals that align with Talrops objectives.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion. Utilize insights to develop targeted business strategies.
4. Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Talrops client base. Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
5. Client Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role within the fashion and wellness sectors. Proven track record of successful partnerships and business growth.
2. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of the fashion and wellness industries, including key players, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

3. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve measurable results.

4. Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategies, and relationship management.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
